This event occurs every 5:00 am (Server Time). Prontera will be a riot site for 30 minutes (PVP is ON) but there will be Prontera Police that will be attacking all players involved in the riot. When you die, you will be jailed for 5 minutes. Prontera Police gives 5 Poring Coins each if you happen to kill it.
